Still the best option and best shop, if you want to buy cut foam for you minis.<br><br>I'm their customer for years and all their bags and backbacks look almost like new and have very little wear margin.

Overall I've had a good experience. Friendly customer service and a good website with lots of good quality products.<br><br>Some things, though, are subject to improvement. <br><br>First of all the ordering process.<br>A pop-up screen blocks my actions to check if I have he right code of the foamtray.<br>I would ... appreciate a drag-and-drop to fill my bags with the wanted foam trays. <br>Also, if there is a maximum on the number of mm of foam trays, there should be a warning if you go over this number of mm. <br>I thought the ordering process was too complicated. In fact I concidered to buy a different storage system over yours because of the complex ordering. <br>So there is a lot to gain on order entry.<br><br>On shipping, feedback was scarce. There was no trace, and I had no idea of when my order would actually arrive. I had it delivered to my office. I walked in one day, and there my package was. I have had no problems dealing with Feldherr and really like the products they come up with. Best foam trays by far!

I had a badly experience with the shipping, you must send me the producto three times, with two different address and none arrives here. In the end you had give me back the money because was impossible.<br>The communication with Christopher Muhlfed was fantastic in all the moments. Great worker, and great person.

I purchased one of your bags many years ago (about 10) and though the foam required some replacements the bag is still very good. That's why I came back, when ordering the foam I was delighted to see that you make foam trays for warhammer specifically. I would like to see foam trays for each army that will fit the larger models, though you are well ... on your way. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of your products and the way they where send to me. Keep up the good work.... mehr... weniger

I really liked the products I bought. One problem that I had though was that I bought a Blood Rage-package which I thought contained storage for ALL the Blood Rage-characters. When I took a closer look at the items I received (and the invoice) I realized that I had bought every tray but one for the game, which might come off as not bad, but less ... than great, usability on your website.<br><br>When it comes to the products, my only concern is the picture that came with the products telling me how to store the miniatures. It was very hard to read, both for Blackstone Fortress but also Blood Rage.<br><br>Everything else felt great about my experience with yourwebsite... mehr... weniger
