I have not received my product. It was marked "out for delivery" but now has been sent back because the address was incorrect. The request to submit feedback is premature. I cannot comment because I don't have the backpack case.

The quality of the materials is very good. The gamebox inserts for Heroquest game system fit perfectly. Everything from ordering to fulfillment was great! I think the inserts were a little pricy but worth it in the end.

Very long waiting period between order and shipment by Feldherr. The trays themselves are made of poor quality foam. The glue must be old, because I couldn't tear the paper off the tray and had to tear it off piece by piece.

Nothing to say except that everything went smoothly and the products were well packaged, arrived quickly and are perfect. The one thing is that it is 3d printing with its particuliar aesthetics… But that’s what is announced!
