Second order I’ve placed, there is no better product for storing game miniature safely in the original boxes. You do pay a premium price but the quality is worth it.

UPS is my least favorite of the big transport companies. They also smashed a hole in the package (but the goods wasnt damaged). Other than that a super product!

Hello. I still have not received my order. The delivery agency is "colis privé" the worst in France. They failed to deliver the order at my home, at the offices I choose, at the offices they choose... Every Time they've got something for me in their hands, there is difficulties. Last year, they lose my girlfriend ... christmas gift... I'm sorry about that, it's not your fault but I'm very disapointed. I found the website not very user friendly and difficult to navigate but that could have been because it was the first time using the site. The communication from your team was professional and the response time for queries was excellent. My only complaint is that you use fastway to deliver in Ireland. They have a terrible reputation in Ireland ... and had I known that Fastway were to be used then I may have opted to pay extra for delivery with a more reputable courier. When querying the status of my order the response from Fastway was that a there were delays due to storm Ciarán. Storm Ciarán had ended a month earlier. A week later I sent on the below message, "Hi, just looking for an update on when my delivery will be dispatched?", the response I received was "we only received you order yesterday.". No update of when it will be dispatched or any response further to that. Overall I found Feldherr to be a brilliant company to deal with and I will be recommending you to my friends and will certainly purchase more options from you in the future.... mehr... weniger

I bought this product as a gift. Based on my previous purchases, I would still say Feldherr has great products and is easy to use. Surprisingly, it took less time for this gift to arrive from overseas than a gift bought on Amazon (USA) on the same day, so way to beat Amazon at the one thing their best known for.
