There where some problems with my delivery. The first package that was sent never arrived. Customer service later sent me a replacement package, but some items where missing from the package. Customer service was very helpful, but the delivery process ended up slow and frustrating.

I am suffering from inflation syndrome so maybe not as much a problem as it would have been. Your products are good, just wish you had some something for Star Wars X Wing.

The shipping was fast and over all service was very good. I misunderstood the product description and thought it would come with tools so I think that could be made clearer in the descriptions. Over all I'm very satisfied.

My experience has always been positive with the company. At most I was a little disappointed in the mage in the mirror foam tray set. Still happy with feldherr and their products however.

Nothing to fault. The Blackstone Fortress inserts I purchased work great and I couldn't be happier!

The company was very professional, everything was great. The Space Hulk set has great foam, but the cardboard inset should be of better quality. It's slightly too long for the 3rd edition box so it cannot fit in without bending. Even assembling it damages the surface print. It should be redesigned to assemble more sturdily. The entire set fits in ... the box snuggly, but the top cannot fit all the way down. It may be that it's intended for the 4th edition. Overall, it's good. Pity about the cardboard inset. I wish it were made of thin plastic. I recommend the foam, the insert not so much.... mehr... weniger

I ordered card holders for Catan as cards with sleeves didn’t fit in original holders and I am quite unhappy with the product. The new holder is not high enough and cards fall out. Also the bottom is open which makes them uncomfortable to use as the cards accidentally pop out when moving the holder. About product range - I would like ... organizers for Catan different sets (I have for example orginal+ seafarers+cities and knights+traders and settlers + I have 5-6 player extensions for all of them).... mehr... weniger

The foam insert for SW Legion core set is well designed; it is perfect to store the minis I painted. The order was prepared and sent in good time. I will definitely shop again from Feldherr.

Everything was great. Now just have to wait and see if the storage boxes survive the humidity of Japan, which is slowly ruining my board games.
