Great product at a reasonable price.<br><br>Parcelforce couldn't find my address. I spent three phone calls, a total of 45 minutes trying to arrange delivery. In the end I collected from a post office. This took about 2 and a half weeks from the expected delivery date. No other company has had problems in finding my address. Please ... mehr...

The products are great and keeps my things safe but during shipping the storage box i ordered was heavily damaged the foam itself was perfectly fine

If we had not reacted to your complaint, I could understand the rating. PS: Of course it can happen that someone receives a wrong item - people work here, not machines. Wrote support about a possible leder issue. They never replied. <br>Luckily the issue resoæced itself, but I was surprised they never contacted me back. <br><br>Maybe it is one of those companies, where everything is fine until there is an actual problem?
