I placed my order on July 27th and still haven’t received it.<br>Despite the fact that the order should’ve gone from Germany to Switzerland, it first went to Hague for some reason, and only reached Swiss customs on August 10th.<br>Apparently, there wasn’t any attached invoice, so they sent me a letter to fill it in ... myself, which delayed it by another week (so far).<br>While the quality and variety of products is superb, shipping is terrible. I frequently order stuff from neighboring countries, and it usually takes less than a week to arrive.... mehr... weniger

Sur ma dernière commande ID 9337421, la boîte est arrivé endommagé sur un coin. Un des organisateurs en mousse avait plusieurs mauvais plis. Rien de très grave car il a repris sa forme en général. Seulement s'il y avait eu une couche de carton additionnelle à l'intérieure de la ... boîte cela aurait été beaucoup mieux. Merci !<br><br>Rémi... mehr... weniger

I think your train storage boxes and foam are great products. I have purchased about 35 - 40 storage boxes for n-scale trains (mostly 7 slot, some 9 slot) and I have purchased 20 "z" foam sheets that I use them along with some pizza boxes.. They all work great. I have also purchased some other miscellaneous pieces for dividers and some ... toppers. I am sure that I will buy more in the future. Some purchases are form Amazon others are directly from Feldherr in Germany.... mehr... weniger

When shipment was coming to me service was only in Germany and when I got it there was no calling or anything else information that courier was coming in that time. Luckily I was at home.<br>I know these are not your company faults, but still. Hope you can inform your courier company for this.

Fantastic overall. My local postal office had issues with the address label and almost sent it back. It may have been a fault on my end when I input it online. The mailing address was correct on the packing slip inside of the box. I got it at the end of the day but worth mentioning. I will make sure to double check everything on my next order.
