The foam components are superb, very well designed and the miniatures fit very well in them. Their are the star of the lot.<br>The 3d printed components are the letdown here: they arrived warped and they needed using hot water to make them usable. This, of course, is no guarantee of them being in proper shape. If it wasn't for that, I'd give ... mehr...

I moved house so was worried about my change of address, but when I reached out to Feldherr they responded immediately and confirmed delivery timeframe which completely removed all worry. Good arrived in plenty of time and I'm very happy with them

The final price (shipping included) is a little higher than expected.<br>I would like to suggest also to provided a hard cardboard bottom for the foam trays, that would help to get everything saffer.

Did not wait too long for out of stock item. Very expensive to purchase and ship to Canada. KR figure cases in the UK have similar products and are less expensive to Canadians.

Hello, I'm sorry you're not satisfied. But unfortunately your evaluation is unfair. You ordered a Pre_Order item (with a 30-day order limit) on 16/02/2022. Nevertheless, the item was already shipped on 01/03/2022 (2 weeks before the deadline). The item was flown from Germany to Australia on 02/03/2022. We do not know why Australia is not able to clear the goods quickly. But it is probably still due to all the COVID restrictions. We have always kept you informed about all steps. PS: Normally you could have written to us to get this information. Best regards Andreas

Very happy with Feldherr inserts. Good quality, big range, and cheaper than the other big company which make foam inserts. Have Journeys in Middle Earth and Heroquest inserts, as well as the generic trays and boxes for standard sized miniatures, very happy with all of them.
