I generally have a good experience. The only areas that could improve seem to be due to the company not being local to the US, which might not be anyone's fault.

Brilliant. Really high quality materials and a great design. Only downside is you can't always see exactly how minis from different factions fit in. There are also a couple of products feldherr don't make trays for, but am aware I can use the pick & pluck, which is also great!

excellent item although a consideration for the rest of the gaming items on "burning of prospero" insert could be accomodated as I have had to make some minor modifications. Very happy otherwise!

I really appreciate your product, and it is great to store my miniatures in a way that I can see them. Understanding which sizes and depths and cuttings of the trays I should get is quite a challenge. I understand that all your products are important. Your customers need to be able to find the ones that are important to them. I have bought trays and boxes for my friends since I have found some trays that fit our models. mehr... weniger

I got the organiser for Tiny Epic Pirates. Fast delivery for Japan from Europe which was nice. It's a great product but there are two tiny gripes I have. First is that the map cards only just fit in to the top notch so can slide loose. The other issue is fitting the bag into the bottom section without it pushing the top up can be tricky. However, overall I am pleased with it as it is 1,000,000x better than how the game arrives. I will definitely be looking to purchase another organiser in the near future. mehr... weniger

I am very happy with the inserts that I have purchased for my Citadel Case. Quality feels very much better than the original and I like how much more flexible these are. I will buy more in the future.
