Experience overall is good. Would prefer a clear diagram on the website to show which foam trays fit in which box, or which box can hold 2 foam trays, etc...

The foam inserts are probably the best out there. 3D printed trays could use some improvement. Set arrived warped and appears irregular. While still functional, appearance doesn't match standard of foam components.

I bought the 250 full-size box and chose the specific inserts to match my army. The process was completely painless and actually quite amusing at trying to get the best value and work out what were the best units to put in it. So much choice and I was able to get specific inserts for the specific tanks and there ended up being a 45mm space for another tray to hold the awkwardly dramatic posed people. I’m over the moon at the quality, I just wish I lived in Germany to have lower shipping fees! I’ve bought two things now from feldherr and I can almost guarantee a third mehr... weniger

I would like to have a foam insert for 15mm tanks and find it hard to navigate the web site to find a suitable foam insert. I have to click through a lot of pictures and descriptions. Service is better than very good

I've had only ONE problem with Feldherr, and it was due to a mistake on MY part. Feldherr's customer service interacted with me over many emails to correct my mistake. I used up a LOT of their time. At no time did I feel I was a burden, or even a challenge. I was treated like a king, and the problem was brilliantly handled. I currently own NINE Feldherr boxes. I'm currently planning an order for more. NOTHING BUT Feldherr, for me. mehr... weniger

Feldherr has a fantastic range of storage containers and foams for a wide range of miniatures. Searching for items and ordering is very easy, dispatch is quick and items arrive promptly. Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable when contacted and answer emails to them very quickly.
