No podia volver a instalar mi office ya que tuve que formatear el disco y me decia que la clave ya habia sido usada, me comunique con el SERVICIO TECNICO y en menos de 1 hora me enviaron un codigo nuevo y ya todo perfecto hace tiempo atras compre con otra empresa y no pude recuperar cuando realice el formato del disco GRACIAS

Very good customer care. I had an issues with the activation of few devices and every single issue was resolved completely with speed. Email replys were with in hours and full resolution was always within 12h. Fully satisfied.

I left a rating earlier that the purchase process was extremely convenient. I encountered an issue when attempting to install Office 2024 from one computer to an upgraded machine, with Microsoft indicating too many uses of the account (3 device account). Gamecardshop resolved the concern immediately! I am very impressed.
