Hey Mr. G, we are sorry for what is happening to you. I understand, that you are disappointed because we are still not able to deliver the right bar for your harness. But actually we are not producing the goods. We are reseller! So we already ordered, as we told you, the bar from ION. But doing to the pandemic and the ongoing critical shipment situation, we are not the issue of longer waiting times. We also had and still have a lot of problems because of the situation. It's not helpful to point on use ore ION. We all do our best to move forward. We will send you a new and correct bar aver we received it. To point out that we're playing tricks on our customers is an insult for use in personal and as a company! What a ridiculous expression. Sorry but we are in business since 32 year. We are not interested in playing trick, we try to collect more customers all over the world and deliver them high-quality goods.
