I bought a soundbar which costed 300€. I contacted deltatecc within the 2 years legal warranty to request a refund for an issue which the product had. They replied to me to send them back my item and that they will take care of it. I paid for the postage fee, sent it and they confirmed they received it.
For 3 months they did nothing.
No communication, no replacement, no repair, no refund. Nothing.
After several emails back and forth. They offered me voluntarily the amount of around 105€. Similar 2nd hand items are sold 220+€ at the market right now.
I rejected the amount because it was too low and simply asked them to send me back my original item.
To this day they have no communication back to me.
They have both taken the original 300€ I paid and have my item in their possession."
