To put it briefly: the response to emails, advice, assistance in selecting the right adapter, and communication are all top-notch. I shop online a lot, but I haven't experienced such responsiveness and real help in a very long time. Out of kindness, Mr. Michał included an additional, longer axle with the adapter I ordered.
