Encomenda feita há 3 semanas e não chegou (tempo de entrega referido pela CF de 4 a 7 dias úteis). Quando contatados, a única solução oferecida e disponível é aguardar.

Mi experiencia con la empresa no es buena. Pasaron más de 15 días hábiles y no tengo mi pedido, cuando supuestamente llegaba entre los 4 y 7 días. Escribí dos veces y lo único que dicen es que debería llegar en cualquier momento, pero no pueden darme un número de seguimiento, ni asegurarme que vaya a llegar. Parecería mentira

I recived an email to rate the purchase that im still waiting. I can't even track my package and don't know when it will arrive. I did the purchase on agust 4 I'm still giving good ratings related to the products because it's not the first time i purchase in crazy factory, but i can't give good ratings to the service and shipping because it's very mehr...
