To date, I've made five orders with Feldherr, over seven years. The experience has been great every time. Feldherr has a good range of useful products. Their website makes it easy to browse this range and to find what you want. The ordering process is smooth and clear. Functions like the wish list are helpful, and it's easy to find details of your ... previous orders. Shipping costs are reasonable, and I have no gripes in relation to dispatch and arrival. What's not to like?! [Actually, one tiny gripe: Lately, I've noticed that the metal handles on the zippers of their bags are now quite a lot bigger than before, and are coupled to the actual fastener with a square opening. The bigger handle seems needless to me — but the real issue is that the square opening tends to jam the handle at an awkward angle in relation to the fastener. It's not a major problem, but it is irritating, and as such it is a backwards step from the earlier design. I might clip the handles off and attach corded zip-pulls instead. Hopefully they'll revise the design again and fix this avoidable issue.]... mehr... weniger

I’ve ordered directly from Feldherr a number of times now. They have so many useful and beautifully designed products, I have an ongoing shopping list I’m constantly reviewing when I visit their site. Every aspect of their service is customer focused and they clearly have an understanding of the issues which gamers need solutions for. I ... cannot praise them enough and the only reason there is not a clean sweep of 5 star ratings is because I see gaps in their card holder range which I would like to see filled. Though I see they are working hard on that too, so please see that empty star as partially filled.... mehr... weniger

I liked the idea of the backpack but in practice wish there was a laptop compartment at the back to better distribute weight, as well as a better water bottle pocket. Had good service, was sent a wrong foam, but they were quick to resolve.

I have been a long time customer of their products. However I ordered the HeroQuest foam inserts and it appears I have to reorder already as it wasn't as obvious on the site that Keller's Jeep would only work with the Cire box. Additionally I had difficulty figuring g out what foam went to what expansion as there were no detailed instructions.
