I love your products and have been using them for a few years not, mostly the pick and pluck foam, however as long as the only delivery option you offer is UPS I will not be purchasing anything from you. This was my second bag, I needed a larger one as my army expanded. I love the bags and foam inserts. My only complaint is that it can be really difficult when purchasing the combos (bag w/ foam) to keep track of I individual foam thickness.
