The foam that I bought for two of the board games I own has arrived in excellent condition. The storage solution fit perfectly into the boxes. The shipping time was fast (especially for these particular times). The only drawback is that, even though I went with the tracked option, the postal service did not actually scan the package. Gone from the ... warehouse one day, appeared at my place 5 days later, with no tracking updates. But that seems to be the problem more with DHL rather than the good folks at Feldherr.... mehr... weniger

I have not revived my order yet. However as this is going to be my 7th bag I am confident in the quality. All of my bags up till now have been purchased through amazon. I am disappointed in how long it is taking for this one that I ordered direct from Feldherr to arrive. Though I appreciate things are slowed due to the pandemic. Other things I ... have ordered from over seas recently didn’t take as long and the tracking for this seems to indicate it hasn’t even left Europe yet.<br><br>I have ordered bags for a number of game systems and have been very pleased with how well they handle transport as well as how well they protect the models.... mehr... weniger

Would have been nice to get a confirmation mail when my order shipped. I waited about a month for my order to ship(which I was notified about when I ordered, so thats fine)but I only noticed it had shipped because I checked myself when the 20-30 days waiting period for pre-orders was over.<br><br>Its a bit nitpicky, but it would have ... been a nice service to inform me, when my order was actually shipped :)... mehr... weniger

Hi,<br><br>Regarding ASS, I only put 4 stars, coz I never have to use them.<br><br>For offer and sélection, plus last line I also put 4 stars just to point that sometimes, it lack some format in a normal range.<br>Aka a range I consider as normal but don't find the tray for. Awesome products and good value. Some of the layers with large models (40k flyers etc.) could be optimised with a few more holes for miscellaneous stuff: extra weapons and crew.
