Been like a month and still haven't received my order. The tracking number has updated since April 15th at some airport in Germany.

The goods are well made, with good quality. But they are very expensive and I expect more from them. <br><br>As and example, I bought the recommended sets for Imperial Assault boardgame, and they don't fit within the box, are taller... also, there are no room for the board pieces... how is possible that everything have enough space on ... the original box, but not on the specific set ? well, I think that it's a design problem. It haven't take into account the extra room needed for these pieces or how tall is the box...<br><br>A part from that the materials are quite good, high end, but as I said, very expensive and not with the best design possible.... mehr... weniger

Last time they gave me a pencil ... this time there was nothing, I am sad about that, I love that pencil, I hope that in the next order they will include me one. Anyway, outside of jokes, I am quite satisfied with my order

Firstly a slight complaint for an otherwise excellent product, I purchased Descent + Expansions which is slightly misleading, That not all expansions can be accommodated. I accept you list the expansions that but well down the page. Maybe a change of the product name might be in order.<br>The product itself and the delivery especially under ... current conditions is well worth the cost and would recommend you in the future.... mehr... weniger

I love their stuff but the last product was functional yes and serves its purpose but the cardboard breaks very easily from the lid.

Much easier than other suppliers to choose the foam trays to fit in the case as the descriptions made it clear the depth of the tray and the depth of the compartments. Other sites do not always make it clear if the depth is for the tray or the compartments in the tray.

The challenge was great to make a foam case <br>that would protect all elements and fit nicely in the original Spacehulk box! Hats off for at least you are providing a solution.<br>But while it seems to do roughly the job and protect the figurines, everything is trying to be so milimetrically <br>organized that it took me an hour ... sorting each boardgame element in its own compartiment following the leaflet instructions (I think those indictation pictograms could be easily improved), and unless I had not followed those instructions the box cover would not fit back.<br><br>Thanks again for providing a solution though... mehr... weniger

Your foam is to notch. The only issue is your bags are loose and floppy and I'm concerned about the miniatures getting accidentally squished. You should make a plastic insert into the lining of the bag, or have it available separately.
