Great great service.<br>I ordered the MEDIUM pack for War Hammer Underworlds - Nightvault and it was great but there was a problem! A foam was wrong.<br>So I told them about that and they sent me the right one... Letting me the wrong one too!<br>Great service. Good foams.

The company was great, and the product range was solid. My only complaint is that the entire line is horribly designed, with lots of wasted space. I have the original Typhon pledge for Mythic Battles: Pantheon, including the original boxes plus the deluxe storage box, meaning I have *extra* box space for the game contents. <br><br>After ... transferring all of the models over to the trays I ordered, I found that not only did half of the boxes not close all the way (this was expected, so that part is fine), after *all* of the boxes were filled I still had five trays that had no room. <br><br>As far as the design portion directly...these trays are for this game specifically. They should be remarkably space-efficient, and yet there is so much wasted space. Those five trays that I couldn't fit in a box? I had to find a storage solution. I have five battlefoam pluckable trays that are half the size of your trays - and after transferring the models over, I found that I only needed 3 and a half of the *smaller* battle foam trays to fit the models that took your product five full size trays to store. <br><br>The unfortunate end result is that I need to go and find an alternative storage solution now, as the product was very misleading as to its ability to fit in the original boxes. So that's two hundred dollars wasted.... mehr... weniger

All in all, the product range is very satisfactory.<br><br>When purchasing boxes with the customer's choice of trays, an assurance that Feldherr would check the customer's choice of trays, to ensure they actually fit the box in question, would be reassuring for those unfamiliar with Feldherr products.
