I ordered three weeks ago and was sent an email one week ago that my order had been dispatched. From following the tracking I can see that three weeks into my order the shipment hasn't even left Germany. I really want to like Feldherr's products but this is borderline inexcusable for a modern company doing business online. If the items I ordered ... weren't available to start the shipping process upon ordering them, they shouldn't have been available for purchase on the website. On top of this, the payment options for the site feel archaic. All this for custom cut foam storage when I could get pick and pluck foam storage for a fraction of the cost makes me disinclined to buy from Feldherr for any future minis I need storage for. I can't even properly rate the quality, service, packaging, or usability yet as I'm receiving this questionnaire so far in advance of receiving the actual products I bought.... mehr... weniger

Very pleased with my purchase, ended up picking up 2 carry cases and all of the trays for all of the Underworlds factions, using the choose your own option.<br><br>I ended up with a combination of trays that didn't quite fit the carry cases, however, the staff at Feldherr were extremely helpful and provided advice on what alternatives I ... could get to fit in the cases. I did end up paying for an extra tray or two so I had the whole collection but to be fair they wouldn't have fit in the cases anyway.<br><br>Next time I need cases Feldherr will be my first stop!... mehr... weniger

In the product FS050KR05 the 16 small slots are too small.<br>Maybe instead of 16, 12 would be more usable.<br>Regards.

Very pleased with the bag and the ability to customise the contents during the order process. Quality is very good and range of foam trays is excellent. This is my third bag from Feldherr and probably not my last. Shipping tracking did not work, I got a link to DHL but the parcel turned up via UPS. Would have been nice to know what day is was going ... to be delivered.... mehr... weniger

My foam tray arrived few day after I bought it on internet. The shipping was fast, nothing was missing when I received it.

Space hulk insert for the tiles is a bit floppy and the StarWars Rebellion tray for tokens and cards could be splitted in some more spaces for each specific tokens, but a part from that, quite happy with both products :)
