Products are good quality and as advertised. I also appreciate getting a discount on my overall purchase. You may want to consider DHL for a shipping option. Took a little while to arrive to US and when it did, it was held up at a USPS sorting center for almost a month. DHL might cost a little more but their shipping is so much faster.

It was tricky to narrow down the range of products to a set which would work together. Would benefit from better searching, filtering and grouping of products to make it easier to assemble a custom setup. Specifically a way to filter by the size of the slots in the foam (or size of mini that would fit) giving ranges on the search to pull back all ... suitable options.... mehr... weniger

Essentially, I decided to go with your company over the others because of the initial design, however, the application of the product lacks significant functionality. I play Bolt Action and the recommended trays do not hold the minis in place, and hey end up all falling out of the slots in the trays. The first time I took these to the shop, I had ... several broken rifles, antenna, gun barrels, etc. to say the least, it’s disappointing. All you need to do is make the bags so you carry with the trays horizontal instead of vertical. Not ever using this type of product before, I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken. These will probably never leave my house again and will most likely be used for storage. They are virtually unusable as a travel devise. I now have three of your bags and I’m completely confused how people use your product and don’t have damaged miniatures.... mehr... weniger

Great product, excellent breadth of options. It would be amazing if you could select your minis & get a suggested foam tray option. But I'll order again without a second thought in any case.
