The shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting and the box was damaged when it arrived, but the bag and foam inside was untouched and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend your bags and foam to anyone looking to make a purchase and will most likely buy from you again in the near future.

Lange Zustelldauer sonst Perfekt. Noch mehr maßgefertigte Spieleeinlagen würd ich mir wünschen. Vor allem für Ringkrieg und Abenteuer in Mittelerde.

Dommage que le produit (pack complet pour Descent) ne soit pas fourni avec un mode d'emploi indiquant quelle plaque de mousse va dans quelle boîte, pour obtenir un remplissage optimal. Il a fallu que j'examine les photos sur le site pour arriver à niveler les inserts de mousse. Une fois ce petit souci réglé, le produit est parfait, merci

Feldherr makes brilliant products. Shipping from Germany to Denmark was expensive, but incredible fast. 2 out of 3 products had guides on how to store the components in the insert - brilliant. It took a bit of work to identify which inserts belonged to which products.

Overall this is a great product with fantastic folks that work there, but would love to see a little more follow through. I placed an order on Nov 30th - it's Feb 11th and I'm still waiting! I get the COVID angle but asked them to file a claim over a month ago and still waiting for an update. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait, but the lack of communication is frustrating. mehr... weniger

The box liner did not fit properly it was slightly to big and you did not allow for some components. I am referring to the inner for Ghost Stories.

I would like an easy way to store cards. I have my cards in card binders, but the size of an a5 or a4 card binder is not the exact size of your haf or full size foam tray, so it is moving around a lot, and does not feel safe. Would it be possible to design a a5 or a4 binder to fit a half or full size tray?
