At first, thank you for taking the time to write us your review. I can understand that some customers are missing their favorite payment service. We are a very small company and team. Integrating new Payment services to our shop is a huge and costly effort. We by now feature: Paypal, Credit Card, Payment in advance, ApplePay, GooglePay, Bankwire. And we are aiming for more. You could help us by writing an email what you want to be improved regarding our packaging and shipment and the quality of our goods, so we can improve. Thank you and all the best, Nina & Kilian

Thank you so much for your friendly review and your detailed words. Regarding the decision to ship with DHL Express and not with normal post i try to explain a bit. In the past we did ship with normal post overseas. Doing this, it was not seldom for a parcel to take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. In addition to this, we had huge problems with customs. Indeed, some of the parcels (and more than with express) “slipped” through. But we had to handle a lot of shipments that were just stopped and send back by customs, resulting in weeks it took the shipment to return and extra costs. With the result to “try” it again and start the process anew. Another huge problem was that a considerable amount of shipment simply went lost. It took us month and a lot of power to get DHL to trace the items back and ship them back. When it comes to customs, there should be no difference using DHL or Express. In reality it is, but we had to many problems getting the parcels to you not using express. We will educate ourselves a bit more in custom policy between Germany and Canada and try to find a better way. Please give us a bit of time for that.
