Thank you for your positive review and your suggestions. The points you mentioned have been on our wish list for a long time and we hope to be able to implement them at some point. Since we are a team of only 4 people and do everything ourselves (we are models, photographers, stylists, logisticians, customer service in one) many things are currently not possible for logistical and financial reasons, but hopefully in the near future. To briefly explain the problem to you: In addition to the financial aspect that we cannot book professional models who have time as spontaneously as the goods unexpectedly arrive, we have not yet found anyone who is so flexible in terms of time (we have our headquarters very rural). That's why the boss always puts herself in front of the camera, because she's always on site. This has the advantage that she knows every piece of clothing perfectly, because she has worn everything once. We too would like more diversity and hope to find models and time for this. Time pressure is very high in this industry. As soon as the goods arrive, they should already be online, because all the competitors are trying to present the new collections to you as quickly as possible. We attach great importance to the best possible shopping experience. We do not put the products online until we have photographed all the garments ourselves (no product images of the brands) and measured each size. The process: unpacking, checking, describing, measuring, photographing, editing and entering into the shop is very time-consuming, so unfortunately we currently do not have the time to produce videos in the same period or to photograph everything on another model. You touched on a few points that are important to us and that we hope to be able to incorporate into the shopping experience soon.
