Dear Customer, we are very sorry that you have perceived these process in this way. You wanted to return the dress 4 weeks before your complaint because you didn't like it, whereupon we unfortunately had to inform you that, as stated in our terms and conditions and the cancellation policy, we are currently unable to accept returns from outside the EU. We wrote to you in detail by e-mail about the reasons that led us to this decision. (These would go beyond the scope of this review, but can be requested from the customer if interested). Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you an individual solution to take the dress back, after which you gave us no feedback. After a month you opened a PayPal case without contacting us in advance, saying the dress was now faulty. We compared the "faulties" you described with the new items of clothing that we had in stock at this time and documented everything with photos, which we sent to you and Paypal. The garments of this line all have these characteristics when new, so you received your garment as is. You described the collar with “bubbled and frayed”. This is a result of the double-layered collar and an open cut edge. This is what Rundholz wanted from the design and does not correspond to any errors. The brand has confirmed to us that this is not a reason for complaint. It is a pity that you rated our customer service as very bad. We always responded to your emails immediately, even on Saturdays and Sundays, and took care of your problems. Unfortunately we weren't able to tell you what you were hoping for. The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us and we always try to find a solution. Unfortunately, there are exceptional cases in which the customer's request cannot be fulfilled.
